How can I claim my warranty?

First verify your warranty status using this page. If your product is within the warranty period, click the "Claim Warranty" button on the result card. Provide your order ID, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.

What is the warranty period for UTRAX products?

The warranty period varies by product and is shown in your warranty check result. Most UTRAX products carry a warranty ranging from 6 to 12 months from the date of purchase.

What is covered under the UTRAX warranty?

UTRAX warranty covers manufacturing defects, component failures, electrical or mechanical malfunctions from production, and dead-on-arrival (DOA) units. Physical damage, water damage, unauthorized modifications, and normal wear and tear are not covered.

Do I need a physical invoice to make a claim?

For purchases made on our official website, your order ID and registered email are sufficient. A physical invoice is generally not required for online orders as our system verifies directly from our records.

What happens after I submit a warranty claim?

Our support team reviews the reported issue within 24 hours and will either issue a replacement unit, arrange a repair, or process a refund. You will receive email updates at each stage of the process.

Can I claim warranty if I received the product as a gift?

Yes. However, warranty is linked to the original order. You will need the original order ID and the email address used by the person who purchased it. We recommend asking the gift-giver to share these details with you.

Is warranty transferable if I sell or gift the product?
