Is there a fee to join the partner program?

What is the minimum order quantity?

Do I need a GST number to apply?
A GST number is preferred but not mandatory at the application stage. You can provide it later during onboarding if you have one.
Can I sell UTRAX products on Amazon or Flipkart?
Yes, online marketplace selling is permitted. We provide product images, descriptions, and A+ content to help you list effectively. Brand pricing guidelines must be followed.
How long does application review take?

What marketing materials do partners receive?

Are there monthly sales targets?

What happens with defective products?
Manufacturing defects within the warranty period are replaced. UTRAX handles the warranty process directly so your customers are covered and your business is protected.
How are payments handled?
All new partners start on a prepaid basis. Credit terms may be extended to established partners after a track record of consistent orders is built.
Is warranty transferable for gifted products?
Warranty is linked to the original order. If a product was received as a gift, the original order ID and email address used at purchase are needed to verify warranty.
